Hey guys :-)

I hope that you all had a fabulous day for Christmas and that these holidays have been really good!

I am training in the mornings at DELVILLE at 7am. I have a whole bunch of sets from Heather that need to be done. It would be great for yourselves as well as the TEAM if you could join me. Let me know if you are coming then at least I know. There are a few dummies and tubes there so we can do some C for SERIOUS strength training and lifesaving mileage.

Any way hope that all is well and that you have been in the pool at least a little considering we have 8 WEEKS to go to NATIONALS!
