Hi All,

Please click here to access the form which you need to complete and send to me when you have done a patrol. Once completed please fax it to me on 086 645 6344.

There have been a few dubious patrols that have been logged. From now on no hours will be recorded unless the form has been completed (properly) the host’s details are on the form and most importantly that is has been okayed by myself. The hosts details are so that they can be contacted to see if all went well and if we can improve our service.

For the new guys if you patrol and receive payment you can not log your hours.
